Keynon Fort, DDS

Dr. Fort practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery with a focus in Dentoalveolar Surgery, Dental Implants and Facial Trauma.

Dr. Fort is a native of Tampa, Florida. He attended high school at Tampa Catholic. He completed his undergraduate studies at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, where he graduated with a BS degree in Biology. His D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree) was obtained from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry. Upon completing dental school he completed a general practice residency at Hubbard Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Fort did his OMFS (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) residency training at the Harlem Hospital Center in affiliation with Columbia University. Dr. Fort also completed a fellowship in Arthroscopic TMJ surgery at Baptist Hospital in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Fort practices the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial surgery. His practice has a focus in dentoalveolar surgery, Dental implants and facial trauma. Dr. Fort is on staff as a trauma surgeon for Bayfront Medical Center and Edward White Hospital.

In his leisure time, Dr. Fort enjoys biking, skiing and spending time with his wife, Dr. Nathalia Jeffrey-Fort and their three children.
